AZN 19.5 mln paid for compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners

Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. In September, 2014, the member insurers of Compulsory Insurance Bureau have paid AZN 2,187,041 for compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners under the 1,816 contracts.

In January-September, 2014, the member insurers paid AZN 19.4 mln for compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners. During this period, the CIB did AZN 181,376 compensation payment for 56 compensation claims.

At the same time, the member insurers’ registered 217 insurance claims on real estate compulsory insurance and paid AZN 450,000. 47% of payments related to residential houses and apartments and 53% other real estate.
