Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. In January-August, 2014, AZN 73.2 mln mortgage loans were given through Azerbaijan Mortgage Fund, down 7.5% or AZN 5.9 mln. from previous year.
Central Bank of Azerbaijan told APA-Economics that AMF refinanced AZN 78.5 mln in January-August. The Fund did not place bonds in August.
As of September 1, the authorized credit organizations gave AZN 39,978 loan. Average period of these loans were 278 months, average interest rate – 6.82% and monthly payment – AZN 318.7.
For comparison to note that the authorized organizations gave AZN 44,411 loan last year. Average period made 288 months, average interest rate -5.74% and monthly payment – AZN 297.9.
