Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. In September, over 9,700 insurance contracts were signed on real estate compulsory insurance, compulsory insurance civil liability on exploitation of real estate and compulsory personal accident insurance of passengers.
According to Compulsory Insurance Bureau, 9,405 contracts (+48.5) were signed on real estate compulsory insurance, 225 (+14.21%) on compulsory insurance civil liability on exploitation of real estate and 142 on compulsory personal accident insurance of passengers.
Amount of insurance premiums from real estate compulsory insurance made AZN 977,689, from compulsory insurance civil liability on exploitation of real estate – AZN 18,690 and compulsory personal accident insurance of passengers – AZN 31,184.
75.70% of contracts on real estate compulsory insurance related to residential houses and apartments, 0.44% to administrative buildings, 23.86% to other real estates. Following scheme provides distribution of residential houses and apartments insured compulsorily across the regions:

Totally, 112,888 insurance contracts were signed on real estate compulsory insurance in January-September, that premiums made AZN 11,404,695. Most of contracts were signed on Baku, Sumgayit, Ganja, Astara, Salyan and Aghstafa.
