Amount of these loans made AZN 612,365,900.
AMF was established in December 2005 and started mortgage lending in March, 2006.
According to commercial terms, the mortgage loans are given in manat and only to Azerbaijani citizens with maximum 8% interest for a year. Period is in the range of 3-25 years. Maximum amount is AZN 50,000.
Preferential loans are given from 3 to 30 years with 4% interest for a year. Maximum amount is AZN 35,000.
Mortgage lending through AMF in 2013 made AZN 112.9 mln.
