Azer-Turk Bank sees 37% growth in consumer lending

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev – APA-Economics. As of July 1, 2010, Azerbaijan-based Azer-Turk Bank’s assets stood at AZN 46.324 mln, down 1.5% compared wit a year ago.
Loan portfolio rose by 3.44% to AZN 27.037 mln, consumer lending by 36.9% to AZN 12.351 mln during the same period.
Deposit portfolio slid 1.24% to AZN 25.218 mln, population’s deposit stood at AZN 12.912 mln. Total capital slipped 5.8% to AZN 10.857 mln, authorized capital stood steady at AZN 10 mln. The net profit made AZN 696 000.
Azer-Turk Bank has been in operation since 1995. The bank operates 3 branches, 5 ATMs and 21 POS-terminals across the country. The number of staffs is 113.
