Russia is involved in the murder of former speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Andriy Parubiy, Chief of the National Police of Ukraine Ivan Vyhovsky posted on his Facebook account, APA reports.
"It took us only 36 hours to track down and catch the killer. He opened fire on the politician in broad daylight, posing as a courier. After the crime, he tried to hide his tracks by changing his clothes and putting the weapon away from him. But he did not manage to escape. The round-the-clock work of the Lviv police and the efforts of the central department of the National Police yielded results. The killer was caught and the necessary evidence was collected. We know that this crime was not accidental. There are traces of Russia here. Everyone involved in the crime will face justice," the Chief of the National Police of Ukraine warned.
