Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council Secretary Rustem Umerov said the current US peace plan already incorporates most of Ukraine's key priorities, APA reports citing RBC Ukraine.
"Our current proposals, while still not finalized, include many Ukrainian priorities," the National Security Secretary wrote.
He emphasized that Ukraine highly values constructive engagement with the US and Washington's careful consideration of Kyiv's feedback. This, in turn, allows both sides to move forward "in a joint process."
"We expect to make more progress today," Umerov concluded.
