A book of condolences has been opened at the Ukrainian Embassy in Azerbaijan and the flag has been lowered to half-mast, said Ukrainian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Yury Husyev on his social media account, APA reports.
The diplomat said that at least 21 civilians were killed and more than 20 others were injured as a result of the Russian army targeting the civilian population in the Yarova settlement of Donetsk region. In this regard, flags are being lowered to half-mast and a book of condolences is being opened at all Ukrainian embassies and consulates.
