The death toll from Russian military strikes on Ternopil has reached 25, APA reports, citing the Ukrainian Emergency Situations Service.
Another 73 people were injured, 15 of them children.

At least 9 people have died in the Russian attack on Ternopil, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy posted on his “X” account, APA reports.
According to him, Russia launched more than 470 attack drones and 48 missiles of various types against Ukraine overnight – one ballistic and the rest cruise missiles.
“In Ternopil, residential nine-story buildings were hit, causing fires. Unfortunately, there is significant destruction, and there may be people trapped under the rubble. As of now, dozens of people have been injured and, sadly, 9 people have been killed. Three people were wounded, including two children,” Zelenskyy noted.
The president said that attacks were also carried out in Kyiv, Donetsk, Chernihiv, Dnipro and other regions.
