Russia has attacked the Odessa region with guided aerial bombs for the first time, UNIAN wrote, citing Oleg Kiper, head of the Odessa regional administration, APA reports.
"During today's airstrike, the Russian army used guided aerial bombs for the first time against the civilian infrastructure of our region. This is a serious and new threat to the Odessa region," Kiper said.
He stressed that such attacks pose a great danger to people and can cause large-scale destruction.
Officials are calling on the population to be cautious and strictly follow safety rules.
