Germany has urged its citizens not to travel to Iran and Germans in Iran to leave the country, APA reports, citing Reuters.
This is due to the possibility of possible retaliation by Tehran due to the start of the process of restoring sanctions against Iran.
It should be noted that the "European troika" (Great Britain, Germany and France) began the process of activating the mechanism for restoring sanctions against Iran (snapback mechanism) on August 28.
The process lasts for 30 days.
If no agreement is reached between Iran and the "European troika" during this period, sanctions against Iran will come into force.
