Georgia is not represented at the ministerial meeting of the European Union (EU) Council of Foreign Ministers on regional security to be held in Luxembourg today, said EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas at a briefing, APA's local bureau reports.
She stressed that Georgia was not invited to the event at the ministerial level.
Note that the meeting, which will also be attended by K. Kallas, European Commissioners Marta Kos and Jozef Sikela, will have two sessions. The first session will be dedicated to security and stability in the Black Sea region, and the second session will be dedicated to cooperation opportunities in the field of regional relations. The meeting will bring together ministers from the Eastern Partnership, Black Sea, and Central Asian countries, in addition to the EU.
