Former Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili was interrogated today at the Anti-Corruption Department of the State Security Service (SSG), APA's local bureau reports, citing SSG.
According to the information, Garibashvili fully cooperated with the investigation and admitted to having obtained illegal income over the years.
In the coming days, based on existing and additional evidence, the qualification of the criminal case against the former head of government, as well as the issue of choosing a pre-trial detention measure against him, will be discussed.
