Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna has arrived in Kyiv on an official visit, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha posted on X, APA reports.
"We spoke about the battlefield situation, Russia’s terror against civilians and energy infrastructure, ways to strengthen Ukraine’s resilience and ramp up pressure on Moscow. We also discussed the full use of frozen Russian assets, accountability for the crime of aggression, Ukraine’s EU accession, recovery, and mutually beneficial cooperation within the SAFE mechanism. Grateful to Estonia for allocating €10 million under the PURL initiative. I thank Estonia for its continued support in strengthening Ukraine’s energy resilience, particularly ahead of winter," Sybiha noted.
