Baku. Ali Ahmadov – APA-Economics. Development of real sector of economy, especially machine building is very important in Azerbaijan, APA reports.
Chairman of Economic Policy Committee Ziyad Samadzadeh says, the last global economic crisis showed that the countries with strong real sector are more resistant to crisis: ‘Works are continued in this sphere in Azerbaijan’.
Moreover, Samadzadeh reminded that at the end of 1980s, the share of machine building in GDP reached 16% in Azerbaijan. He noted that the development of machine building would cause the development of other spheres.
