Baku. Ali Ahmedov – APA-Economics. MP Ilyas Ismayilov has expressed his critical opinion on several issues during discussions about state budget project for 2013 at the plenary meeting of the parliament.

He says price rise in the country was not always related with objective reasons and sometimes this occurred by monopolists: “But, the Azerbaijani State Service for Antimonopoly Policy and Consumer Protection can not open their door”.
