Baku. Rashad Suleymanov – APA-Economics. In the first decade of December, a meeting will be held between “Nabucco” Consortium (“Nabucco West” project) and Azerbaijan, said the SOCAR President Rovnasg Abdullayev.
According to him, “Nabucco” consortium drafts proposals on involving of Azerbaijan in the project: “In the mid-December, the process on making decision on Azerbaijan’s joining the project will start”.
Remind that “Nabucco West” gas pipeline is intended for exporting natural gas to Central Europe through Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary and Austria. For this purpose, OMV (Austria), MOL (Hungary), “Transgas” (Romania), “Bulgargas” (Bulgari), “BOTASH” (Turkey) and RWE (Germany) companies joined «Nabucco Gas Pipeline Ä°nternational GmbH.» consortium.
