Rating of main importers of Azerbaijani oil - TOP-10

In January-May of the current year, Azerbaijani imported crude oil and crude oil products obtained from bituminous minerals amounted to 13 773 410,51 tonnes, according to calculations of APA-Economics based on the report of State Statistics Committee.

In terms of value, oil exports amounted to USD 5.07 billion.

During the reporting period, the main importer of Azerbaijani crude oil was Italy. Azerbaijan exported 5 791 860,32 tonnes of crude oil and crude oil products obtained from bituminous minerals amounted to USD 2,4 bln. to Italy.

Ukraine was the main shareholder in the export of Azerbaijani crude oil among CIS countries. In the 5 months of this year, Ukraine imported 681 097,46 tonnes of crude oil and crude oil products obtained from bituminous minerals worthed USD 185,1 mln.
