The telephone conversation has taken place between the minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Mikayil Jabbarov and Turkey’s Trade minister Ruhsar Pekcan, the ministry told APA-Economics.
The parties discussed the potential for increase of trade turnover between the countries, as well as development of cooperation in various sectors of economy including trade, transport and transit, customs, tourism and etc. and other issues of mutual interest.
During the conversation, Turkey’s Trade minister once again brought to the notice the position of the government represented by her regarding the incidents occurring on Azerbaijan-Armenia border during the recent days, and stressed that they fully support Azerbaijan’s rightful stance, and they stand by our country with all their political, diplomatic and social relations in then region.
