SOFAR says according to result of procurement tender for determination of main contractor, € 84.916 mln –price offer of Belgian N.V. Besix S. A. Company was adopted. The sides have already signed procurement contract.
Note that, N.V. Besix S.A. Company has practice in construction of high-floor office building and is a subsidiary company of BESIX Group established in 1909. BESIX Group has realized large-scale projects in European, Northern ad Central African and Asian countries.
SOFAR new building will be constructed in new administrative centre established along with Heydar Aliyev Avenue, Nizami District.
