The head of state was informed that the second steam-gas power plant will be built through a loan under the state guarantees of the Japan International Cooperation Agency.
President of Azerbaijan viewed the master plan, scheme and combined-cycle plant stand of receiving water for cooling it. The area of the plant covers 68 hectares, the area of the second steam-gas power plant – 12 ha.
Construction will be completed by the end of 2013.
