Baku. Ali Ahmadov – APA-Economics. In January-July of 2011, Azerbaijan exported mainly crude oil. During the first 7 months, the country exported crude oil at $13, 351.800 million, equivalent to 86.23% of total exports, an increase compared with the figures for the corresponding period last year amounted to 29.39%. Compared to last year, export of oil products rose 17%. Thus, 91.80% of exports are oil and petroleum products.

SCC says, exports accounted for 0.84% of ferrous metals, 0.76% - vegetable oils and animal origin, 0.62% - vegetables and fruits, 0.34% - Chemicals, 0.05% - Beverages, 0.04% - tobacco products, 0.03% - cotton, 0.02% - aluminum products.

During the reported period, mostly products from black metal were exported from Azerbaijan - $129.585 million, an increase compared to the figure for the corresponding period last year was 2.1 times, cotton on $4.345 million (93.41%) aluminum products (78%) to $3.092 million, Chemicals (77.44%) to $53.256 million dollars, fruits and vegetables (67.89%) to $95.977 million dollars, tobacco (61, 84%) to $5.813 million, vegetable oils and animal products (-3.09%) to $118.319 million dollars, beverages (-1.64%) to $8.476 million. devices, mirrors, crystal, etc.
