Gold processing plant to be built in Dashkesen

The company has already announced tender on projection and construction of initial processing plant of the rocks.

Head of supply and logistics department Namig Ibadov noted that, according to plans, initial processing plant had to be completed for February. Start of gold extraction was planned for that time, too.

Processing capacity of this plant will not be lower than Gadabay. Daily capacity will be higher than Gadabay. Itâ€™s possible to process 3,000 tons of soil, per day.

Note that, the contract on exploitation of Qaradag, Chovdar, Goydag, Dagkesemen, Kohnemeden and Kurekchay fields between Azerbaijani government and Â«Londex Resources S.A.Â», Â«Willy & Meyris S.A.Â», Â«Fargate Mining CorporationÂ», Â«Globex International LLPÂ» and Â«MINDECOÂ» was signed on December 30, 2006. Milli Majlis ratified the contract in June, 2007.
