“We have not been officially applied regarding Russia’s refusing Gabala radar station,†Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry spokesman Khazar Ibrahim told APA. Commenting on Commander of the Russian Space Forces, Colonel General Vladimir Popovkin’s statement the spokesman said this can not be regarded Russia’s official position. He added that Russia has rented Gabala radar station till 2012.
