Mr.Bryza commenting on the latest agreement between Turkey and Iran on purchasing gas said that the document is valid for the next 10 years. Mr. Bryza voiced hope that Iran will be in good relations with international community by that time, “Of course we are against such investments in Iran. It is against the sanction imposed on Iran by the Congress. I would not attach great importance to this agreement now. The current regime in Iran did not encourage investment,†said Mr. Bryza
Despite the fact that Gasprom, Total and Shell signed an agreement on production, there have not been satisfactory results because of tough terms posed by Iran.
“We do not think Iran threatens Nabucco pipeline. We are sure Azerbaijan has enough gas which will be used to launch the first part of the project,†added Mr. Bryza./APA/
