“Some changes and supplements will be made to the Election code. But this will not cause serious changesâ€, APA reports quoting head of CEC Mazahir Panahov as briefing journalists. Mr.Panahov underlined that discussions with Venice Commission of the Council of Europe are under way:†As time passes some amendments could be made to the Election code. It depends on the current situation and process. The amendment to the Election code is not such an extraordinary event. I assume the amendments to be made will be constructive and will improve Election code of Azerbaijan†added Mr.Panahov.
“International associations and foreign states officially expressed their point of views concerning elections held by the so-called Nagorno Karabakh Republic. They do not recognize this election. The observers taking part in the elections are mostly not officials. So there is no reason for trouble†said Mr.Panahov touching the elections held in Nagorno Karabakh./APA/
