European court of Human Rights began considering of one more appeal of Sardar Jelaloglu, chairman of Azerbaijan Democratic Party, Mr. Jelaoglu told the APA.
His appeal is about the court hearing concerning his arrest after president elections in 2003.
Related questionnaires have already been submitted to the government, appeal will be considered and relevant decision will be passed by the year end.
Mr.Jalaloglu’s representative in European court, advocate Fuad Agayev told the APA that questionnaire was presented to Azerbaijani government on the appeal and was required to be responded until October.
Azerbaijan’s representative in European court Chingiz Asgarov told the APA that he is unaware of considering Sardar Jalaoglu’s appeal./APA/
