Meeting of Azerbaijani-Russian border delimitation committees in Mahachkala yields no results

Azerbaijan is represented by the delegation headed by Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov and Russia by the delegation headed by Russian Foreign Ministryâ€™s spokesman Alexander Yakovenko.
Members of the joint commissions, representatives and experts of relevant state bodies, as well as officials of Gusar, Khachmaz and Balakan participated in the meeting.
The issue on border line in uncoordinated territories, additional normative-legal documents on delimitation of state border, cartographic materials on the structure and use of lands were debated during the meeting.
The draft on â€œTechnical requirements on documentation on delimitation of sate border between Azerbaijan and Russian Federationâ€ was discussed at the meeting.
The parties passed a decision on continuing work on bringing the positions closer and for reaching an agreement on uncoordinated territories of the state border.
The parties agreed on holding a joint meeting in Azerbaijan, the date of the meeting will be coordinated through diplomatic sources. /APA/
