RenÃ© van der Linden: I am the first PACE President to visit Azerbaijan for the second time during tenure

The speaker said that integration into Europe is one of the main dimensions of Azerbaijanâ€™s foreign policy.
â€œOur country is interested in improving relations with all international organizations, as well as the Council of Europe and its bodies. Azerbaijani Parliament is working on this,â€ he said.
Ogtay Asadov gave information about the reforms carried out in Azerbaijan, the countryâ€™s participation in regional and large projects and achievements.
RenÃ© van der Linden expressed his gratitude for detailed information and said this is his second visit to Azerbaijan.
â€œI welcome the activities carried out in the country, improvement during these two years. Azerbaijanâ€™s dynamic development, political, economic and democratic reforms carried out in the country increases the countryâ€™s image. Europe is closely following all these processes and the Council of Europe is interested in the expansion of cooperation with Azerbaijan.
