PACE president to meet with Azerbaijani officials

PACE president yesterday met with the representatives of political parties and NGOs.
Mr. Linden will today have meetings with speaker of the parliament Ogtay Asadov, representatives of the political parties represented in the parliament, members of Azerbaijani delegation to PACE, Prime Minister Artur Rasizade, Deputy Foreign Minister Mahmud Mammadguliyev and chief of Caucasus Muslims Office Haji Allahshukur Pashazade.
RenÃ© van der Linden will today hold a press conference.
PACE president arrived in Azerbaijan in the framework of his visit to the South Caucasus.
RenÃ© van der Linden has been chairing the PACE since January 2005 and his tenure will expire in January 2008. /APA/
