Members of Azerbaijani delegation to OSCE PA raise Nagorno Karabakh conflict at committees meetings

He said Azerbaijani parliamentarians attending the meetings of Political, Democratic and Human Rights, as well as Economic Committees gave their proposals regarding the debated issues.
â€œAzerbaijani MP Fattah Heydarov delivering a speech regarding ecology in the meeting of Economic Committee, gave information about Armenian Atomic Power Stationâ€™s polluting Araz river, arsons in the occupied Azerbaijani regions, condition of refugees and IDPs and other issues. We raised the issue regarding the Nagorno Karabakh conflict in three committees. The debate of amendments to drafts resolution are about to finish at present. The resolution contains nothing contrary to Azerbaijanâ€™s interest,â€ he said.
Mr.Ibrahimov stated that draft resolution debated in the Human Rights Committee of OSCE PA covers proposals composed of five items.
The head of delegation stressed that elections were also held for the posts of chief and deputy chief of OSCE PA during the session.
â€œGoran Lennmarker will be probably re-elected to the post of chief of OSCE PA,â€ he said. /APA/
