YAP executive secretary meets Norwegian Ambassador to Azerbaijan

Deputy Chief, executive secretary of ruling New Azerbaijan Party (YAP) Ali Ahmadov met with Norwegian ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to Azerbaijan Johan Ramberg, the partyâ€™s press service told the APA.
Speaking about the development of democracy in Azerbaijan Norwegian diplomat said he intends to cooperate with all democratic forces during his tenure.
Noting that there is broad potential for having democratic presidential elections in Azerbaijan in 2008 the ambassador said he does not doubt that YAP will gain a success in the election marathon.
He also noted that Azerbaijan has completely ensured transparency in using oil revenues and can be an example to other countries. /APA/
