The Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan did not attend the meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) member countries in Ashgabat, APA reports citing TASS.
Ambassador of Armenia to Belarus Razmik Khumaryan attended the meeting instead of Nikol Pashinyan.
A little while ago, in the official statement of Yerevan, it was stated that Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan will attend this event.
Note that Armenia has been avoiding participating in a number of meetings in integrative formats in recent days.
