Total volume of orders submitted by 3 investors made AZN 13 007 000 at face value.

The orders were submitted with the 99.9030% (YTM 1.29%) price.

Central Bank set cut off price on competitive orders in the amount of 99.9226% (YTM â€“ 1.00%) â€“ 99. 8540% (YTM 1.95%) and weighted average price in the amount of 99.9030% (YTM â€“ 1.95%).

Volume of Notes realized at face value formed AZN 2 000 000 including non-competitive orders of AZN 400 100.

The maturity date of Notes is December 15, 2010.
