Oil prices rise

Bakı – APA-Economics. Oil settled above $82 on Wednesday after rising as high as $83. Prices got a bump in morning trading following the government’s weekly crude inventory report, which showed a smaller increase in supplies than expected. Prices also got some support from OPEC raising its outlook for world oil demand, reported Association Press.

Here’s a breakdown of how energy prices traded Wednesday:

Crude: Rose 60 cents to settle at $82.09 a barrel.

On the ICE futures exchange:

Brent crude: rose 57 cents to settle at $80.48.
