Türkiye does not want to launch a new military operation against the Syrian Democratic Forces, but its patience is running out, said Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan in an interview with TRT World, APA reports.
The minister said that the implementation of the agreement reached between the Syrian government and the SDF on March 10 is delayed and the group must comply with this agreement without delay.
"We only hope that things will progress through dialogue, discussions and peace. Everyone expects the agreement to be implemented without any delay and without compromise," Hakan Fidan said.
Prior to Hakan Fidan's statements, the Syrian government presented the SDF with a 13-point plan as a final proposal for integration with the Syrian army.
