Any actions by Iran against Israel will be met with a very strong response, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said during a joint press conference with Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and Cypriot President Nikos Christodoulides following a trilateral meeting in Jerusalem, APA reports.
"We are aware that Iran has been conducting military exercises recently. We are closely monitoring this and conducting the necessary assessment. I want to make it clear to Iran that any action against Israel will be met with a very strong response," Netanyahu said.
The Israeli prime minister noted that Israel "achieved great success during the twelve-day war with Iran" in June 2025. "Our fundamental expectations from Iran have not changed, and they concern uranium enrichment and an end to proxy wars against us. And I know that the American position has not changed either," he added.
