Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi, in an interview with Fox News, has stated that Tehran is not prepared to discuss abandoning its ballistic missile program, as it is a core element of the country’s national security and defense, APA reports.
“Ballistic missiles are our defensive capability and our most reliable means of protection. This is not a subject for discussion. Why should we negotiate over ballistic missiles that are necessary for our security and defense?” the minister said.
