A strike hit a convoy of ambulances, which the Hamas-run health ministry said killed multiple people near the territory’s Al-Shifa hospital in Gaza City, APA reports citing The Times of Israel.
An AFP journalist at the scene says they saw multiple bodies beside a damaged ambulance.
Footage shows bloody women and children scattered on the concrete outside ambulances.
Hamas says the blast was caused by an Israeli missile.
Israel has yet to comment on the incident but has stated in the past that Hamas’s main command center is located under Shifa hospital.
