Türkiye does not shirk its responsibility for a just diplomatic solution to conflicts and ensuring a lasting, just peace, APA reports, citing an article written by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan for Newsweek magazine.
Erdogan stated that despite the vacuum created by the weakening of the UN's influence and multifaceted geopolitical difficulties, Türkiye's foreign policy is based on dialogue and mediation diplomacy.
Citing the Black Sea Grain Initiative as a clear example of Türkiye 's approach, Erdogan emphasized that such initiatives contribute to both regional and global security and stability.
"In a wide region from the Caucasus to Africa, from the Middle East to the Balkans, Türkiye does not shirk its responsibility for a just diplomatic solution to conflicts and ensuring a lasting, just peace," Erdogan added.
