Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has stated that Israel must pay $100 billion in compensation for the damage caused to Gaza, APA's Türkiye bureau reports.

Erdoğan drew attention to the scale of material destruction in Gaza and added that the Israeli government bears economic responsibility for the damage inflicted on the region.

He also emphasized that other world countries should impose sanctions on Israel, just like Türkiye.
