The navies of the Caspian littoral states have signed a document on comprehensive strategic cooperation regarding the Caspian Sea, APA reports, citing Iranian media.
The document was signed by the commanders of the naval forces of Azerbaijan, Iran, Russia, and Kazakhstan.
The document envisages strengthening and enhancing relations in all areas to ensure sustainable security in the Caspian Sea.
According to the provisions, no country outside the region or any force can interfere in the internal affairs related to the Caspian Sea.
The security of the Caspian Sea and related matters will be ensured only through the decisions of the littoral states.
