Azerbaijan’s Minister of Justice Farid Ahmadov met with Kazakhstan’s Minister of Justice Yerlan Sarsembayev, the Ministry told APA.
During the meeting, it was emphasized that the existing strategic partnership relations between the two countries are at a high level and that mutual cooperation is important.
They discussed the contribution of the documents signed between the countries to the expansion of cooperation, and attention was drawn to the importance of providing legal assistance and exchanging practical experience based on international agreements. The parties also stated their interest in cooperation in the field of justice within the framework of the Organization of Turkic States.
The meeting discussed issues such as the execution of court decisions and the application of the special enforcement institution, notarial activities, digitalization in the field of justice and the application of artificial intelligence, the use of citizen-oriented digital solutions, and the continuation of mutual experience exchange in the field of judicial expertise.
In addition, in order to strengthen the institutional foundations of cooperation, opportunities for training Kazakh judges at the Justice Academy of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan have been planned.
