On November 20, another resettlement took place to the Hasanriz and Vangli villages of the Aghdara district, the Public Relations Department of the Reconstruction, Construction and Management Service in the city of Khankendi and the Aghdara and Khojaly districts told APA’s Karabakh bureau.
Returning former IDPs were presented with the keys to their newly restored homes in both villages.
At this stage, 23 families consisting of 93 people returned to Hasanriz village, and 4 families consisting of 11 people returned to Vangli village.
At the ceremony in Hasanriz, Deputy Executive Director of the Reconstruction, Construction and Management Service for the city of Khankendi and the Aghdara and Khojaly districts, Mahmud Afandiyev, presented the keys to the residents and stated that modern infrastructure in the village is fully ready. According to him, the village has been provided with water, gas, electricity, and internet to ensure the residents’ comfort. At the same time, full support will be provided regarding employment for those returning to the village.
Note that with this stage, the total number of residents settled in Hasanriz village has reached 227 families, or 856 people. In Vangli village, 100 families comprising 385 people have been settled.

On November 20, another resettlement convoy consisting of families who had been temporarily settled in various parts of the country — mainly in dormitories, sanatoriums, and administrative buildings — was sent from Tartar to the Vangli and Hasanriz villages of Aghdara, APA’s Karabakh bureau reports.
At this stage, 4 families (11 people) are being relocated to Vangli village, and 23 families (93 people) to Hasanriz village.
