The district prosecutor's office is conducting an investigation into the fact that an employee of the Azerbaijan’s Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) Yusubov Hasil Eldar, born in 1997, getting injured by anti-personnel mine, while on duty in the Sirkhavand village, the Press Service of General Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan said in response to the inquiries, APA reports.
The prosecutor's office inspected the scene of the incident and performed other necessary procedural actions.
Currently, Hasil Yusubov's condition is stable and his treatment is ongoing in the hospital.

On May 28, a mine incident occurred in the territory of the village of Sirkhavand in the Aghdam district, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Internal Affairs and the National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA) said in a joint statement, APA reports.
The statement mentioned that an employee of the Azerbaijan’s Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) Yusubov Hasil Eldar, born in 1997, while on duty in the Sirkhavand village was hit by anti-personnel mine, resulting in traumatic amputation of his left leg ankle.
He was promptly evacuated to the hospital.
