Pasha Sigorta ends renewing process of insurance certificates on strategically energy projects

Baku. Elnur Huseynguluyev â€“ APA-Economics. Azerbaijan-based Pasha Sigorta Company continues insurance services on the BPâ€™s exploitation of strategically energy risks of Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli and Shah Deniz projects also Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan and South Caucasus pipeline.

The company ended the renewing process of insurance certificates on the property risks of pipelines, operation risks, responsibility and terrorism on the 2010-2011, with its foreign partners.

According to Chairman of Pasha Sigorta Nofal Rzayev, the decision about the selection of the company as BPâ€™s local partner was adopted by the Statoil and US Marsh Companies in 2008. BP Risk Management appreciated the activity of Pasha Sigorta. Now, we and other companies successfully finished the draft and signing process of insurance certificates for next year.

PASHA Sigorta has been in operation since 2006. The company operates 4 compulsory and 26 voluntary insurance types.
