Baku. Vahab Rzayev â€“ APA-Economics. The dollar purchase by population from the commercial banks amounted $ 2 008 093 900 in January-May, 2010, down 32.2% from year ago. The sold dollar by population to banks amounted $ 431 443 100, down 9.8% compared with a a year ago.

The populationâ€™s we sell transaction totaled $ 1 418 760 000, we buy transaction was $ 5 807 164 200 during 2009, down 2.5% and up 16.9% compared with a year ago.

As you see, the population rush cash dollar purchase. This shows that, the dollar purchase by population exceeded the dollar sale by 4.7 times. Generally, the population prefers conversion of manat to dollar.
