Natural gas will be consumed in Europe at least until 2050, said Sariyya Bunyatova, adviser to the vice president of SOCAR, during her speech at the Baku Energy Forum held within framework of the Baku Energy Week, APA-Economics reports.
“Natural gas will be consumed in Europe at least until 2050, this is a message for us,” she underlined.
According to her, considering the plans of industry development, it is expected that gas consumption will increase in Azerbaijan as well. She also emphasized that considering the mentioned points, the works in the extractive sector are further accelerated.
