Baku. Musa Ahmadov - APA-Economics. In July 2015, the personal savings amounted to AZN 7,605.1 mln, up AZN 665.1 mln or 9.58% from previous year.
Central Bank of Azerbaijan told APA-Economics that compared to June, the personal savings fell AZN 48.5 mln or 0.63% in July.
Compared to early 2015, the personalsavings rose AZN 416.7 mln or 5.80% in July.
AZN 5,466.4 mln or 71.88% of personal savings (AZN 7,605.1 mln) is in foreign currency, AZN 2,138.7 mln or 28.12% in national currency. In other word, deposits in foreign currency rose AZN 7.2 mln, in national currency – AZN 41.2 mln. Manat savings dropped AZN 2,264.9 mln or 51.43% year-on-year. Savings in foreign currency increased AZN 2,929.9 mln or 2.16 times.
