The President of the Reoublic of Congo Denis Sassou Nguesso has addressed a letter of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Independence Day, APA reports.
The President of the Republic of Kenya William Samoei Ruto has also addressed a letter of congratulations to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Independence Day.
